  • 18 oz Twin Dragon egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage, and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
